7. 7 Star Rotta Cost Comparison to Previous Eras

   Applicable Video: Here Things to keep in mind: We're ignoring the Era of Andor because CG flubbed the play and ended up giving everyone the materials needed to max out their characters at EL95 if they were 7 star Previous to this week it was presumed Rotta MIGHT be more expensive because pack costs at the lower end of Coliseum [MKI-VI] were split into two packs and were more expensive. Important Era Changes to Consider: EL minimum to earn a 7 star Journey Character shifted from EL85 -> EL125, in a system that was seemingly supposed to just add +40 and not change costs at all. In the Era of Maul it was advantageous to purchase MKI-VI packs to stay on top of Coliseum as a spender - The system was designed in such a way because you could make those purchases from the beginning, and bigger spenders wanted more Era Currency. In the Era of New Republic it was not advantageous to purchase MKI-VI packs at all as a spender, as you would always max out your character within the two weeks, and additional packs at higher tiers were gated by Zerek materials and/or not available. The Mark VIII Calendar is not cost effective if your goal is simply to get Rotta in the cheapest way possible, though purchasing the Mark VIII Calendar will give you enough materials to bring all characters +1 Relic level [R4->R5], I personally do not think those $18 are worth it. So how does this compare to Era of Anniversaries? https://preview.redd.it/ejsmpkajwlah1.png?width=1672&format=png&auto=webp&s=17af84e0750fb326976da1e74019180db11cd24e Things to Note: I spent multiple hours yesterday trying to find the minimum MKVII-MKVIII costs for Maul and found figures as low as $190 and as high as $230, so I went with $200. The $78 for 7 star day 5/6 marquees is the excess cost after the "7 day trick" because of a day one requirement. This cost was acquired using the average of the Twelve Card Pull crystal pack and converting it to dollar cost. This would be $100 if using the I/II $$ packs, with some gearing extras. This excess cost on Maul does not include the extra cost of buying MKI-VI packs to stay on top of Coliseum. These costs were "technically" not required, though it would have certainly been silly to spend so much money and not benefit in Coliseum Neither cost includes the cost of Era Leveling Currency, which would be similar between Eras, though the Rotta Era incentivizing Era Pass+ would potentially reduce this cost more. TL;DR While I do want to stress that I DO NOT think it's ok that CG changed the Rotta 5 star rewards in a way that forced players to making spending decisions without all of the knowledge necessary to make an informed decision, the overall consensus is that Rotta the Hutt sees an overall reduction in cost for players looking to capitalize on earning the character at Max Power. submitted by /u/egnards [link] [comments]

   What's the most iconic team of 3 with 2 attackers and 1 tank? Thank you for the many responses on the previous round! This round should be more contended with tons more options. 11. CG...I take back most of the bad things I've said about you.

    Finally! We can skip intro scenes! Edit: Tap/click screen to reveal "Skip", click it. Edit2: The love lasted 23 attempts. CG this sucks. Note: I've seen three different "Guaranteed to work" strats and can't get any of them to work. Left/Right/Center. None of them worked until... [see edit3] Edit3: 24th times a charm. Solution: Left, right, AOE, parry, strike... and then Hondo appeared with a new motivator for R5-D4 and beat the Jawas at cards winning both droids. 13. Why can’t I counter attack Krayt Dragon?

    I’m reading the Krayt dragon’s kit and the only attack she has that can’t be countered is the Venom Spray, yet I can’t seem to get a single counter off even with Violent Eruption or the bite attack

14. Grogu & Anzellans is a another disappointing addition

    Always fun adding a new character to the team only to do worse than before. Now that we have all 5 I'm pretty confident in saying this team is terrible. I'l feel like I've made almost no progress since carson came out and grogu makes the team worse. 18. People who haven't bought any episode passes - are you also out of currency?

20. How are there no packs to buy for basic era modules!? Only high tier

    Kinda wild how there’s no packs for basic modules for era units. I messed up and didn’t level my R5 so now here’s the only missing piece to rotta. Can’t farm the parts or buy em. 24. How did GI just one shot my GAS?

    I didn’t get a clip of it, but basically GI just killed my GAS. He was full health and protection. Everyone on both teams was alive. Normal GAS 501st team with his as lead (Echo, Rex, ARC, Fives). Fives wasn’t even dead yet. I’m reading through the kits and it seems like a bug but idk if I’m missing something.
